FOGO CrossFit

FOGO CrossFit is a CrossFit affiliate gym on South Congress Avenue in Austin that welcomes people new to the workout. Beyond standard CrossFit classes and WODs, the gym runs an Rx program for advanced athletes, Olympic weightlifting training, and Capoeira martial arts classes for both adults and children, which sets it apart from a typical box. The gym brings new members in through a structured fundamentals course paired with one-on-one coaching and guided group classes, designed to build confidence before joining the regular class schedule.
