One World Martial Arts

One World Karate Austin teaches Myanmar Bando and Thaing martial arts to students of all ages and abilities in Austin. The school is built around adaptive programming designed with input from occupational and physical therapists, making it inclusive for students with physical, intellectual, behavioral, and developmental disabilities. Classes cover traditional empty-hand forms, weapons training, self-defense, and skill development in a welcoming environment where instruction is customized to meet each student where they are.
